Helderberg Farm offers a variety of outdoor venues, making it possible for you to host your Year-end function, Family get-together, Kitchen tea, Bachelors, Baby shower or just a Friend get together! Choose between forest venues, garden venues or open grass field venues. Bookings include free entrance to the Hiking trail, the Animal Farmyard and Play-Park.

WE HAVE 7 PRIVATE VENUES TO CHOOSE FROM:
1. Bos 1 – Forest venue with a stage, gravel only.
2. Bos 2 – Forest venue with an arch, gravel only.
3. Ouma se Tuin – Garden venue, grass area.
4. Soccer Field – Big open grass field venue.
5. Wilgerboom – Small venue underneath a willow tree, grass venue.
6. Boorgat Kampie – Big open grass field venue.

Day Functions / Events from 08:00 – 17:00
Evening Functions / Events from 18:00 – 22:00 (double venue hire fee will apply)
GENERAL INFORMATION:
No Tablecloths Supplied
No Swimming Pool
Catering – please arrange own catering (self-catering or external caterer)
Supply own Food, Wood & Charcoal if self-catering (only braai drum provided)
No music allowed at day functions (for evening functions music guidelines apply)
Only Responsible Drinking Allowed (excessive drinking will cause immediate eviction
PAYMENTS:
50% non-refundable deposit payable to confirm booking
50% remainder payable no less than 7 days prior to event

Day Functions:
- Booking is essential.
- Capacity: 10 to 150 people (depending on venue).
- Private Venues can be rented from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Includes: Tables (no tablecloth), chairs & portable braai drum.
- We don’t offer any services (catering, décor, setup, etc.), you are welcome to make use of your own suppliers.
- No vehicles allowed in the Private Venues, please use the dedicated parking areas.
- NO music allowed.
- Only responsible drinking allowed.
- Close to the Tea Garden (toilets), Animal Farmyard & Play-Park.
- Book a space in the Rustic Farm Shed in case of rain.
- 50% Deposit required to confirm any Private Venue booking.
- All Private Venues to be fully paid in advance (minimum 7 days prior to event date).
- Costs:
- Venue Fee: Starting at R300 (up to 30 people) & increases based on group size.
- Entrance Fee Adults: R50 pp
- Entrance Fee Kids (6 – 18 yrs.): R25 pp
- Entrance Fee Kids (0 – 5 yrs.): Free
- Entrance Fee Pensioners (from 65 yrs.): R25 pp
Evening Functions:
- Booking is essential.
- Capacity: 10 to 150 people (depending on venue).
- Private Venues can be rented from 18:00 to 22:00.
