Looking for an outside, rustic / forest venue to make your dream wedding come true?
We offer unique garden / forest venues with a rustic feel and serene atmosphere, surrounded by nature at the foot of the majestic Helderberg Mountain. Have your dream forest wedding at our forest amphitheater. The venue is also popular for informal picnic style weddings. With views that overlook the beautiful gardens and ancient oak trees, hiking trails through the forest leading to a dam and vineyards with the mountain as a background, you can take the most beautiful and romantic photos.
This open-air outdoor venues can accommodate 150 people. There is a Forest Chapel available for your wedding ceremony (Bos 2). Just across from the Chapel, we have a spacious forest venue with a small stage, ideal for a reception (Bos 1).
We prefer that you arrange for a viewing of the venues before booking and to discuss prices according to your needs. Our prices are calculated based on which venue or venues you choose, the total amount of people attending and what you require (tables, chairs, braai drums, portable toilet, etc.). Only after confirmation on exactly what you require, which venues you’ll be booking and the final number of guests, can a set quotation be calculated. You can make an appointment from Mondays to Thursdays between 08:00 and 17:00. Please send an email to request an available date and time for an appointment.
You are allowed to make use of your own suppliers, only our DJ is compulsory due to strict volume regulations within the forest. We do not offer any services such as catering, decorating, setup, etc. All required suppliers to be arranged by clients directly.
In case of rain, our Rustic Green Shed can be booked as a back-up. Alternatively, we strongly suggest renting a Bedouin tent in order to maintain the forest look and feel. Parking is available for up to 100 vehicles.
